Terms of Service

The service

TierMenu is a pricing and proposal tool for service and replacement work by small HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies. It is not designed for commercial blueprint takeoff.

Acceptance

By creating an account or using TierMenu, you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

Each company is responsible for its own prices, taxes, licensing, code compliance, warranties and the agreements it makes with homeowners. Calculators and templates are references and are not professional or legal advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and send.

Each company is also responsible for its own homeowner data. TierMenu processes that data on the company's behalf.

Accounts and trial

You must keep your login secure. A plan allows up to 5 users per company. New companies get a 14-day free trial with no credit card. After a trial ends or a subscription is cancelled, an account becomes read-only; you can still view and export your data.

Billing

Paid plans are intended to be $99 per month or $990 per year. Billing may not yet be enabled in every environment. See the Refund policy for refunds.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Payment and subscription terms are subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other companies' data, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Ownership

You keep ownership of the content you submit to TierMenu. TierMenu owns its software, service, templates and brand.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees the customer paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Suspension and termination

You may delete your company and account from Settings. We may suspend or end access for misuse, security risks, or when required by law.
