Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Billing settings.

Access through the paid period

After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the paid period. After that, your account becomes read-only, and you can still view and export your data.

First payment refunds

You can request a refund of your first payment within 14 days of the payment.

Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record and processes refunds on our behalf.
